Privacy and consent
We collect what we need to run the service: account details, profile and academic details, and what you create, such as resumes and practice results. We follow the principles of India’s Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023, and we do not sell personal information.

Students must be at least 13. If you are under 18, we ask for a parent or guardian’s name and email, and we need their permission before your account can be used. Until they agree, the account stays locked.
A guardian can ask us to delete the account at any time.
A student’s college can see their profile, batch, sign-in status and readiness evidence. Principals have read-only access. A university’s placement officers can see the colleges in their university.
Recruiters see candidate information only where a college has given them access to a specific drive. Placeble staff can access accounts to run and support the service, and their actions are logged.
Some features send the text you provide, such as interview answers or resume content, to AI providers to generate feedback. We share only what the feature needs and do not allow providers to use it to advertise to you.
Data ownership
You can view and update the parts of your profile you control. You can ask us to correct, export or delete your personal information by emailing support@placeble.in.
If your college holds your data as part of its placement records, we may need to refer your request to them. Deleting some information may limit what the service can do for you.
When a batch ends, you will see a graduate notice and your workspace becomes read-only for 30 days so you can view and download your work. After that, sign-in closes.
Using Placeble
No. Alex, Vikram and Elena are AI interviewers. The feedback is practice guidance, not a hiring decision.
Placeble is built for current versions of Chrome, Edge, Firefox and Safari. The Interview Room needs your permission to use a microphone, and a camera if you want it on. Captions depend on what your browser supports.
We haven’t published a full device list yet. If something doesn’t work, email us with your browser and device and we’ll help.
The free plan covers the main features with monthly limits that reset each calendar month. Pro removes those limits. See the pricing page for the current limits.
For institutes
Book a demo or send us a request. We verify your institution, then your placement office uploads a student roster using our spreadsheet template.
Each student receives an email with a temporary password and chooses their own the first time they sign in. You can see who has signed in and who hasn’t.
Yes. University placement officers can add and manage colleges, assign teams to each, and see rollups across all of them. Each college’s data stays separate.
Recruiters register with a company email address and a one-time check of the organisation. Each college decides which drives and candidates a recruiter may see.
